Situated on this small family friendly complex number 40 Seaside Residence is fully furnished and has 3 bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms (1 with bath, 2 with showers) and all with balcony or terrace with fantastic sea and mountain views. The master suite on the top floor has 2 good sized terraces so you can catch the sun and the views all day long. The complex comprises of just 49 villas' and townhouses and 8 apartments and is situated directly on the seafront of Calis Beach.
There are 3 small supermarkets within 2 minutes walk and the bus stops outside the front of the complex if you want to take a trip into Fethiye which has great shops, a market and a promenade where you can catch a day cruise around the lovely local islands. Also near to Seaside Residence there is a Surf Club which offers many watersports, you can also go horse-riding on the beach or to the local waterpark. Calis Beach promenade which is over a mile long and beautifully block paved, is about 1 minute walk from the complex where you can find many bars, restaurants and local amenities.
Calis Beach has had several millions of pounds spent on infrastructure in recent years and is a very beautiful and well looked after area, where people choose to visit for many years. You can catch a water taxi from Calis into Fethiye also. Within 20 minutes of Calis you will find Olu Deniz which has a World Heritage class lagoon and also Babadag mountain. One of the largest in Turkey, you can paraglide from it directly onto Olu Deniz beach. Gocek with its beautiful yachting harbour is just 30 minutes drive away. Saklikent Gorge also makes for a great and very picturesque day out.
