The entrance is via the front door which is the opposite side away from the pool area. The lounge faces east over the main and kiddies pool to the coast for those beautiful sunsets and a cool drink. New for 2008 is the addition of a Sun Terrace
It consists of two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, including the master on the top floor, one twin bedded room has a fan available The two lower bedrooms are twin bedded; the master is en suite with a king size bed.
The lower floor also has the lounge, kitchen diner plus second bathroom. Within the lounge there is a pull out king size sofa bed, Satellite TV/DVD player and breakfast bar for six. The lounge is also air-conditioned; with an additional fan. The lounge and one bedroom, have doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the full length of the pools.
There is a full table setting, oven/grill, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine, fridge/freezer & hair dryer. Bath and hand towels are provided, as is bed and kitchen linen. Please provide your own beach towels. There is a weekly maid service.
The following facilities are available to our guests: - Sports area, Large Swimming Pool (a level 1.5 metres deep & 18m long), Kiddies Pool (a level 0.5 metres), jacuzzi bed, poolside loungers, tables and chairs with parasols are provided. There was a completly new Snack Bar/Restaurant for 2007, plus a Bar with Table Tennis/Pool tables; there are "feature nights" by local arrangement. Sky TV is available for 2008, as is wi-fi.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Calis (pronounced Chalish) is a reasonably small beach resort with views and spectacular sunsets across Fethiye Bay to Sovalye Island.
Restaurants and terrace bars line the beach road, which is closed to traffic during the summer; there are local shops just a few minutes walk away.
Calis also boasts three very natural attractions - a cooling breeze, perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months and excellent sunsets. The other natural attraction are the people themselves, they are a great asset.
