Fethiye villa rental details

The property is situated in a very quiet area, close to a shingle beach. It is ideal for families and couples alike. Even in the height of summer a cool tranquil breeze is blowing to keep you cool. There are restarants and bars available in the area with a very short walk to the beach.

Local Transport
In the main season a mini bus runs daily to take you to Calis centre or beyond. A taxi sevice is available to collect you from the complex. Car hire is available. Transfers are available from and to Dalaman Airport.

Villa Paradise Is a 2 bedoomed property with upstairs bathroom and baclonies. Downstairs is a large living area that comprises kitchen and large seating area. The property has benefitted of brand new furniture and all modern conveniences that you wouild expect of a luxury villa. Also comprises downstairs toilet. Niall says: "Lovely, quiet villa set in a sizeable complex with beautifully maintained gardens. Patio at night surrounded by flowers and the smell of Jasmine. Large and v. well maintained pools. Situated right at the end of the lovely pebble and sand beach at Coca Chalis, with the beach no more than 100yds away and several good beach bars/ restaurants within 10mins walk. Stunning views from the beach. Theres not much more at this end of the beach though, so anyone wanting more night life, organised activities etc needs to trek into Chalis proper- a good 40mins walk. The nearest Dolmus stop for Chalis is about half way there. There were bikes at available at the villa making this much easier for the able bodied, though. Nearest little shop 10mins walk away, but not much fresh produce without, again, going into Chalis. For anyone looking for quiet and relaxation who doesnt mind the odd cycle into town for bits and bobs this is perfect."
