Calis Beach: The Area
Located in a quiet and unspoilt area (Koca Calis) yet within easy reach of Calis Beach, Fethiye, Olu Deniz and many more beautiful places on the Turquoise Coast by dolmus or taxi. A short walk will take you an unspoilt beach where you can enjoy refreshments and the hospitality of the Birlik restaurant.

The Villa
The villa is on an exclusive development of just eight villas and furnished to a high standard. 3 bedroom luxury detached villa set in its own grounds with private pool. Air conditioning in bedrooms and fully equipped to sleep 8 people with sofa bed in lounge. 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. All linen provided except beach towels. For people with very young children a cot and high chair is available.

The Little Extras
We have provided everything we can think of to make your holiday enjoyable and cater for all age groups. You will find games, TV, DVD, music and books for your entertainment and a mobile phone is provided for your use. Our Management Team offer an excellent service - they will greet you when you arrive and show you round the villa. Sortly after your arrival one of their staff will come to visit you and if required will arrange car hire, boat trips, visits to some of the other beautiful places. They can be contacted at any time in case of emergency.

Brand new luxury spacious villa with beautiful views of the mountains, furnished to a high standard providing every comfort to ensure an enjoyable stay. Situated in a quiet location and close to a main dolmus route, giving you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Turquoise Coast. Villa Katife is just a short walk to miles of unspoilt beach with warm seas and safe swimming. A walk along the sea front will take you to the more lively area of Calis or take a short dolmus ride to Fethiye with its numerous restaurants, shops and harbour. PLEASE NOTE, THE LOW PRICE OF £300 PER WEEK APPLIES WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED

The villa has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

John says: "Superb holiday! We were met at Dalaman airport by the villas own exclusive transfer, (no waiting around or sharing transport). We were met by Nick & his charming Turkish wife Aysun at the villa who are the senior management of the In-Resort team that looked after us so well throughout our stay. They issued us with a mobile phone which had their personal 24hr contact number on for emergencies, day trips or advice on restaurants, car hire and places to visit. We even used their drivers & transport quite cheaply for evenings out! The gorgeous villa was very comfortable and immaculately clean with every facility one would expect to find in a modern home. The private swimming pool was cleaned, vacuumed, and chemically checked daily. Loads of room around the pool for sunbathing too. Walk out of the living room, dive into the pool, marvelous! We had two small children with us, but Im glad to say that the patio has a metal fence and gate to keep them away from the pool if needed. Summing up, a great time was had by all. Will we book again? You bet! The Turkish people are so very friendly in this area and this villa holiday is one of our best to date."
