Cennet or Paradise!
Cennet (or paradise in English) Villa is a brand-new, spacious, beautifully equipped, elegantly furnished, fully air-conditioned villa set in landscaped gardens, with 2 swimming pools for the whole family to enjoy. It comfortably accommodates 6 people in 3 double-sized bedrooms; one has a private balcony overlooking the pool area and one has two adjoining roof terraces. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and WC.
There is a private patio area, with a built-in BBQ, which receives the warming morning sun, and the comfort of shade in the hot afternoon.
There are two roof terraces; where you can soak up the sun in peace the whole day long, enjoying a gin and tonic or two with ice and a slice from the lemon tree in the front garden.
The villa has been beautifully furnished to the owners’ own high specification. There is a dishwasher, microwave and gas/electric cooker for those rare nights you will want to stay in and eat. There is also a DVD player (which also plays CDs) and a small library of DVDs for your enjoyment. You may also take your own DVDs to enjoy.
Much attention has been paid to storage and you will find large fitted wardrobes in each of the three double-sized bedrooms (a feature sadly lacking in many private villas).

Calis and Fethiye
Calis is a wonderful, small, friendly, seaside town with all the amenities you would expect. The town centre, with its many bars and restaurants is a mere 10-minute walk from the villa - close enough to enjoy but far enough not to be heard!
Many marvellous bars and restaurants line the charming promenade, where you can sample local delicacies whilst enjoying the fabulous sunsets. The seemingly endless beach is a 10-minute walk from the villa and is also home to the local turtle population. For the more energetic, there is a surfing (and kite surfing) school at one end of the promenade.
Fethiye, a 10-minute drive from Calis, is one of the most romantic towns in Turkey and has something to satisfy all tastes. The bustling old town is awash with bars, market stalls, wonderful restaurants and is set along the stunning Fethiye harbour. Fethiye offers dazzling mountain scenery and there are plenty of archaeological sites to take-in. The breath-taking sunsets, the warm hospitable locals and the hidden beauty spots around Fethiye ensure visitors return over and over again.

Things to Do
Kayakoy
The “ghost town” of Kayakoy dates back to the 13th century and up until 1922 had a population of 25,000. After the war of independence, the Greek population were repatriated and their old houses left to the elements. Kayakoy is now an open-air museum and there is a civil project underway to turn it into a village of “peace and friendship”.
Kayakoy is a wonderful place to visit; the mountain road to Kayakoy winds through fragrant pine forests and past countless beehives. Once at Kayakoy, climbing the stone-paved road to the chapel on the hill you can enjoy a panoramic view overlooking Soguksu Cove. Even if the weather is very hot elsewhere, on the top of this hill there is a constant cooling breeze.
Olu Deniz
Around 45 minutes from Fethiye, Olu Deniz is a resort area in the hillside town of Belcekiz which has crystal clear water and a long beach curving away from the main promenade. Here you can enjoy many water sports and activities, including paragliding, hang gliding and sailing.
Water Park
Within a 5-minute walk of the villa is the Sultans’ Aqua City water park. Here, during the summer months, you can enjoy the use of the slides, pools, animations and many other activities from 9am to midnight.
Saklikent Gorge
Saklikent Gorge is the largest gorge in Turkey, over 18km long and hundreds of feet deep. It carries vast quantities of melt-water each year and yet it is barely visible until you are inside it.
Fethiye
Once the Lycian settlement of Telmessos, Fethiye is a lively port and market town where Turkish life and tourism exist side by side. Along the pretty waterfront you can watch the traditional wooden gullets, motor launches and fishing boats.
The old port area 'paspatur' is named after the cold-water spring called Paspatur, which flows, into the pool here. Its history dates back to many years. During the period when refrigerators were non-existent, water jugs and melons were submerged into the pool for cooling, while animated, friendly chats were carried out at the coffee-houses and pubs located around it.
At present the Paspatur square has grown and expanded, with restaurants overshadowed by vine and ivy, bars and discotheques; as well as shops selling anything from aromatic herbs to 'designer' clothes.
Looming above the town, the famous rock tomb of King Amyntas is visited by many every year. Taxi drivers will be happy to take you and wait while you take photos and enter the tomb.
Diving
The owners are keen divers and use the European Diving Centre in Fethiye. The EDC is the only dive centre in Turkey to hold the prestigious rating of PADI 5 star Career Development Centre - highest recognition given by PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) to any diving centre in the world.
The EDC is situated on the edge of Fethiye away from the crowds with their own boat dock directly opposite the centre. Onsite at the diving centre is the well-stocked retail shop, bar, snack bar, equipment store and offices.
